ecwon Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the ecwon platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and ecwon as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use ecwon services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age. ecwon does not permit gambling for individuals below this age limit under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be an employee, agent, partner or immediate family member of an ecwon employee.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition enforced by any relevant authority.
• Use personal funds obtained through lawful means for gambling activities.

ecwon reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Players are required to submit a copy of their MyKad or a valid identification document when requested for account verification purposes.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ecwon platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information provided must include:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A valid mobile phone number.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not, is your responsibility. Please contact ecwon customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ecwon provides secure and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Payment methods accepted by ecwon include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by ecwon. Your first withdrawal may require identity verification before it is processed.

Funds deposited into an ecwon account do not earn interest. Account balances are not bank deposits and are not protected by any deposit insurance scheme.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ecwon are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus (200% up to RM888): ecwon offers a welcome bonus of 200% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.

Additional conditions that apply to all ecwon bonuses:

• A player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted directly to cash.
• ecwon reserves the right to cancel any bonus received through unauthorised or irregular means.
• Any attempt at bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or hedge betting, will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
• ecwon reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Game Rules

ecwon provides a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and various other games. Each category has its own rules that all players must follow.

The outcome of all games is determined using a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and independently audited to ensure fairness and transparency. Outcomes determined by the system are final and cannot be disputed.

For sports betting and crash games, bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started. ecwon is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end during an active game session.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

ecwon users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots or any tools designed to exploit the ecwon system.
• Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ecwon to other users.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform.
• Using the account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner that contradicts the intent of the promotion.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, which may include temporary account suspension, bonus cancellation, forfeiture of winnings, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by ecwon is subject to the ecwon Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the ecwon platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

ecwon uses appropriate encryption technology to protect your personal data and financial information. All account information is stored on secure servers maintained with strict access controls.

9 Limitation of Liability

ecwon services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. ecwon does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ecwon is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical disruptions, system failures or circumstances beyond ecwon's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's failure to keep their password confidential.
• Third-party content or services accessible through the platform.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting ecwon customer support via live chat or email. Account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

ecwon reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities.

Any valid account balance upon closure will be returned to the player after deduction of any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements, subject to compliance with verification procedures.

11 Amendments to the Terms

ecwon reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at ecwon's absolute discretion. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the ecwon website.

ecwon will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to users of any material amendments via email or in-platform notifications. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.

12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

ecwon operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ecwon holds its licence.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the ecwon platform will first be addressed through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution through negotiation is not reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing authority.

The invalidity of any provision in these terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. ecwon's failure to enforce any right granted under these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
